2. What motivates you to join ORP's board? What are your initial impressions of the organization's mission?

ORP's mission is to publish voices that speak to what it means to be alive in this world. We look for language and stories and images that move us out of ourselves and into other spaces. We actively seek to publish those who bring balance and diversity to historical institutions of power. We are committed to disseminating the voices of those who need to be heard, voices whose words and images transcend ignorance and prejudice to reveal the nuanced, resilient, connective power of humanity.
3. What experiences and expertise would you bring to ORP's board, and how do you envision contributing to our mission?

4. Do you have any initial thoughts or ideas on how the board can support ORP's long-term sustainability?

5. ORP's board is a "working board" of volunteers who dedicate anywhere from 5 to 20 hours per month to support ORP's program initiatives. Should you be invited to join ORP's board, do you foresee being able to dedicate the needed time to support our work?

6. In addition to sharing their valuable experience and expertise, board members also support our nonprofit organization through annual charitable donations. In the past, board members have donated or raised anywhere from $100 to $500 annually. These donations help cover the cost of our operations. Have you thought about making any contributions to ORP? If so, how do you envision supporting our mission financially?
